Personal Training:
The first session will be a personal fitness assessment for fitness training. All sessions are 50 minutes.
Sessions can be IN STUDIO or VIRTUAL.
We recommend 2 sessions per week for 6 months for new clients who are ready to get strong and build new lifestyle habits.
(*30 min 2x/wk VIRTUAL sessions available $60/session/16 sessions)
1:1 Training Sessions & Coaching :
8 Session pkg. ( individuals training 1x/week only10 week expiration) $90/ session
16 Sessions pkg. (individuals training twice a week only -10 week expiration)$87/session
Single session - $100
*Cost of training based on training at my studio. Price increase for travel based on location or rental of training space.

Fitness Assessment:
Initial Training Assessment - each client will have a training assessment which will include a cardiovascular, strength and flexibility component. During this time Jody will go over all completed client forms and discuss health and fitness history and client goals. Please be sure all client forms are filled out before this session.
